Advento Digital Solutions is committed to long-term partnerships built on trust, clarity, and mutual respect. This policy governs how either party may end a service engagement β and what happens during the transition. A minimum 60-day written notice is required for all terminations.

This Termination Policy applies to all ongoing service engagements, retainer agreements, and project-based contracts between Advento Digital Solutions ("Advento", "we", "us", "our") and our clients. It sets out the procedure for ending a working relationship, the obligations of both parties during the notice period, and the process for a professional, structured transition.
At Advento, we invest deeply in every client relationship β from onboarding and strategy to execution, optimisation, and reporting. Long-term engagements deliver the best outcomes, and our notice period is designed to protect the quality of service delivery and ensure continuity for your business during any transition period.
By engaging Advento under any retainer, project agreement, or service contract, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Advento requires a minimum of 60 calendar days' written notice to terminate any active service engagement. This applies equally to clients wishing to end a service and to Advento should it ever need to terminate an engagement.
60 Calendar Days. No Exceptions.
The notice period begins on the date the written termination notice is received and confirmed by Advento. Services continue in full, and all fees remain due and payable throughout the entire 60-day period. The notice period cannot be shortened by mutual goodwill alone β it must be agreed in writing by both parties.
The 60-day notice period exists for several important reasons. Digital marketing, SEO, advertising campaigns, and web operations are not services that can be switched off overnight without consequence to your business. Active campaigns may have scheduled spend, content in production, live ad sets, and ongoing SEO work that β if abandoned mid-cycle β can cause measurable harm to your digital presence, rankings, and ad account health.
The notice period provides Advento the time to properly conclude all active work, transfer campaigns cleanly, and ensure that your business is handed over in the best possible condition β not abandoned mid-execution. It also gives both parties the opportunity to explore whether the concerns that led to the termination request can be resolved.
To initiate the termination process, the client must submit a written notice through one of the following channels. A verbal notice, missed call, or informal message will not be treated as a valid termination request under this policy.
- βWhatsApp: Send a clear, written message to +91 6366312856 explicitly stating that you wish to terminate your service engagement and the date from which you intend the notice to run.
- βEmail: Send a written notice to Advento's business email with the subject line "Termination Notice β [Your Business Name]" and include your service type, engagement start date, and the requested termination date.
Upon receipt, Advento will send a written confirmation acknowledging the notice, confirming the start date of the 60-day period, and confirming the effective end date of your engagement. This confirmation is your record of the agreed termination timeline.
The 60-day notice period is not a cooling-off period where services are wound down β it is an active period during which Advento continues to deliver all contracted services at the same standard, and all contractual obligations on both sides remain in full force.
All retainer fees, project milestone payments, and agreed charges continue to apply during the full 60-day notice period. Submission of a termination notice does not suspend, reduce, or waive any financial obligation.
- βMonthly retainer fees for any billing cycle that falls within the notice period are due and payable in full on their standard billing date.
- βAny outstanding invoices at the date of notice must be settled within the standard payment terms.
- βAd budgets already committed to platforms at the time of notice are non-refundable. Unspent ad budgets may be reviewed at Advento's discretion.
- βAny project milestones due during the notice period remain payable as per the original project agreement.
- βFailure to settle outstanding fees does not accelerate the handover of client assets. Assets will be released once all financial obligations are met.
Advento recognises different circumstances under which an engagement may end. All types require the 60-day notice period unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Certain obligations survive the termination of a service engagement and remain in force for the periods specified in your individual agreement or as outlined below.
- βConfidentiality: Both Advento and the client are bound by confidentiality obligations after termination. Neither party may disclose the other's proprietary business information, strategies, or client data to third parties.
- βOutstanding Payments: Any fees that remain unpaid at the effective termination date continue to be legally owed and recoverable by Advento after the engagement has ended.
- βNon-Disparagement: Both parties agree not to make false, misleading, or defamatory statements about the other party following termination of the engagement.
- βData Retention: Advento will retain records of the engagement, including communications and deliverables, for a period consistent with applicable legal and business requirements.
- βRe-engagement: Former clients are welcome to re-engage Advento's services at any time. Prior engagement history will be taken into account during onboarding and a fresh agreement will be executed.
