This page outlines the Service Level Agreement (SLA) framework used by Advento Digital Solutions ("Advento", "we", "us", "our") as a foundation for all client engagements. Advento does not operate on a fixed, generic SLA β€” instead, every agreement is drafted and negotiated individually to reflect the specific scope, services, and requirements of your project.

By engaging Advento for any service, both parties enter into a written agreement that governs deliverables, timelines, communication standards, responsibilities, and escalation procedures. This document describes what all Advento SLAs typically cover and the principles that underpin them.

✍️

Every SLA is Built Around You

There is no template agreement at Advento. Your SLA is shaped by your industry, project size, service type, and expectations β€” reviewed and agreed upon by both parties before any work commences.

The scope of services covered under an Advento SLA will vary by engagement. The written agreement will precisely define what services are included, what falls outside of scope, and the process for requesting additional or out-of-scope work.

πŸ“±

Advertising Management

Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance campaigns with defined deliverables, reporting frequency, and optimisation commitments.

Scope-Defined
🌐

Development Projects

Web and app development engagements with milestone-based delivery, revision rounds, and handover procedures defined upfront.

Milestone-Based

Any service that falls outside the agreed scope will require a scope change request. Advento will provide a revised estimate and both parties must agree in writing before additional work begins.

πŸ“‹
What's Always Included in Scope Discussions Deliverable types, quantity, format, and frequency β€” platform access requirements β€” reporting templates β€” exclusions and limitations β€” revision and feedback process.

Advento commits to clearly defined response and resolution time windows in every SLA. These are negotiated based on the nature of the engagement and the client's business requirements. The following represents our standard framework β€” actual commitments in your agreement may differ.

  • βœ“
General Queries & Updates: Response within 4 business hours via WhatsApp or email during standard business hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–7 PM IST).
  • βœ“
Campaign & Performance Issues: Acknowledgement within 2 business hours; resolution or escalation within 24 hours.
  • βœ“
Critical Errors (Ads Paused, Website Down): Response within 1 hour during business hours; emergency contact procedure defined in your individual SLA.
  • βœ“
Revision Requests: Timelines communicated at request receipt; standard turnaround defined per service type in your agreement.
  • βœ“
Monthly Reporting: Delivered by the date agreed in your SLA β€” typically within the first 5 business days of each calendar month.
ℹ️
Business Hours & Holidays Response time commitments are calculated against Advento's standard business hours. Public holidays and office closures will be communicated in advance. Emergency escalation procedures for critical issues are defined in each individual agreement.

All deliverables β€” creatives, reports, optimisation summaries, technical handovers β€” will be specified in the written SLA before the engagement commences. Advento will not accept verbal agreements on deliverables; everything is documented.

  • βœ“Deliverable formats, quantities, and deadlines are written into the agreement.
  • βœ“Reporting cadence (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) is agreed per client.
  • βœ“Access to live dashboards or platform reports may be provided depending on the service.
  • βœ“Performance benchmarks and KPIs are discussed and documented β€” not guaranteed as results, but tracked transparently.
  • βœ“All client-owned assets (ad accounts, creatives, copy, data) remain the property of the client and are returned upon request or at the end of an engagement.
βœ…
Asset Ownership All campaign assets, creative files, website code, and data produced during an engagement remain the intellectual property of the client unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

A service level agreement is a two-way commitment. Advento's ability to meet its obligations is directly dependent on the client meeting theirs. Every Advento SLA will include clearly defined client responsibilities. These typically include:

  • βœ“Providing timely access to required platforms, accounts, and assets (ad accounts, website backends, brand guidelines).
  • βœ“Reviewing and approving deliverables (creatives, copy, reports) within the agreed turnaround window β€” typically 48–72 hours.
  • βœ“Providing a single designated point of contact for day-to-day communication.
  • βœ“Ensuring advertising budgets are funded and available on time to avoid campaign disruptions.
  • βœ“Communicating any business changes (product launches, promotions, pauses) with reasonable advance notice.
  • βœ“Keeping Advento informed of any platform, legal, or business constraints that may affect the service.
⚠️
Delays Caused by the Client If Advento's ability to meet a deadline is materially impacted by delayed approvals, withheld access, or lack of timely feedback from the client, the SLA timeline will be adjusted accordingly. Advento will notify the client in writing when this occurs.

Advento follows a structured process to ensure every client receives an agreement that genuinely reflects their engagement β€” not a standard template with their name inserted.

1

Discovery Call

We begin with a free discovery session to understand your business, goals, required services, timelines, and any specific requirements or constraints.

2

Scope & Proposal

Advento prepares a detailed proposal outlining the scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and investment. This forms the basis of the SLA.

3

SLA Drafting & Review

The formal SLA is drafted incorporating all agreed terms. Both parties review the document and any amendments are incorporated before signing.

4

Sign-Off & Commencement

Once both parties are satisfied, the SLA is signed and work commences. No work begins before the agreement is in place.

5

Ongoing Review

SLAs may be reviewed and updated by mutual agreement β€” for example, when scope changes, services are added, or the engagement evolves over time.

If either party believes the terms of the SLA are not being met, the following escalation process applies across all engagements:

  • βœ“The affected party must raise the concern in writing (WhatsApp or email) describing the specific term and the perceived breach.
  • βœ“Advento's account manager will acknowledge the concern within one business day and initiate an internal review.
  • βœ“A written response with findings and a proposed resolution will be provided within 3 business days.
  • βœ“If the response is unsatisfactory, the matter may be escalated to Advento's senior management for final review.
  • βœ“All disputes are to be resolved amicably and in good faith before any external escalation is considered.
πŸ“‹
Governing Terms All SLAs are subject to Advento's standard Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between an individual SLA and the Terms & Conditions, the terms of the individual SLA shall prevail for that specific engagement.

Common Questions
SLA FAQs

Answers to common questions about how Advento's service agreements work.

Do I get to review the SLA before signing?
Absolutely. Advento will share a draft agreement with you well before any work begins. You are encouraged to review it carefully, ask questions, and request amendments. No work commences until both parties have signed the final version of the agreement.
What if my requirements change mid-project?
A scope change request process is defined in every SLA. If your requirements evolve, you raise a written change request. Advento will assess the impact on timelines, deliverables, and cost and provide a revised proposal. Both parties must agree in writing before the change is implemented.
Is there a minimum contract duration?
This varies by service type and is defined in your individual agreement. Some project-based engagements have a fixed duration; ongoing retainers typically have a minimum commitment period (often 3 months) which is discussed and agreed before signing.
What happens if Advento misses a deadline?
Advento takes its commitments seriously. If a deadline is missed, the issue must be raised via the escalation process outlined in your SLA. Advento will investigate, provide a written explanation, and agree on a revised timeline. Remedies, if applicable, will be as defined in your individual agreement.
Who owns the work Advento produces?
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, all campaign assets, creative files, website code, data, and other deliverables produced during an engagement remain the intellectual property of the client. Upon request or at the end of an engagement, Advento will return or provide full access to all client-owned assets within 14 days.
Can I have an SLA for a one-off project?
Yes. SLAs are not limited to ongoing retainers. For project-based work β€” such as a website build, a campaign setup, or a specific deliverable β€” Advento will prepare a project-specific agreement covering scope, milestones, timelines, revision rounds, and handover procedure.
How long does it take to finalise an SLA?
For most standard engagements, a draft SLA can be prepared within 2–3 business days after the discovery call. The review and sign-off process depends on how quickly both parties can review and confirm the terms. We aim to have agreements finalised within one week of initial discussions.
What if I want to terminate the agreement early?
Termination clauses β€” including notice periods and obligations upon termination β€” are defined in each individual SLA. Typically, a written notice period applies and any outstanding fees become due at the effective termination date. Please review your agreement or contact us to discuss your specific situation.
